This
workshop will incorporate temperament theories to identify some
key strategies for communicating and relating to those in your
professional and personal life. You will carefully analyze the
different “profiles” of your life by looking at your behaviour
in the following contexts: life values, communications, at work,
and in relationships. In this carefully crafted workshop,
participants discover the basic personality types and
thestrengths unique to each. It uses the metaphor of colour to
describe the various wants and needs of you and your colleagues
and gives many strategies for enhancing one’s work environment.

people with disruptive personality types
and how to handle them more effectively.
You will also explore ways to set
flexible standards, expectations and
