Diet Analysis Plus
This program has been designed to analyze your eating habits in relation to your lifestyle and goals. You will be asked to fill out a personal profile, which is stored to use for your diet. Factors such as your level of activity, age, and height are used to balance a diet around your needs. The program will help you learn what it takes to become a healthy eater given your profile information. For instance, if you are a very active person you will need more foods of a specific category. If you want to lose some weight you can specify how much weight you wish to lose per week, and it will balance your consumption accordingly. Daily food intake reports are created and can be printed so you can analyze your consistency in following your diet plan.
